Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best. /ppbr/ppLearn more at /ppbMain Responsibilities /b /pulliSupport the delivery of payroll and Social Security processes in line with agreed calendars, procedures and KPIs /liliAssist with Spanish Social Security administration activities, including: /liliEmployee registrations and terminations (altas y bajas) /liliContract changes and variations /liliHandling Social Security events such as sick leave (IT), maternity/paternity, and other statutory absences /liliSupporting CASIA case management and communications where applicable /liliProvide first-level support to employee and client queries related to payroll and HR administration, escalating complex cases when required /liliEnsure HR and payroll data is accurately maintained and updated in HRIS and payroll systems /liliRespond to tickets and calls within SLA, ensuring a high-quality and professional service /liliFollow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs), report any gaps or inconsistencies, and support updates as needed /liliUse payroll systems, HR tools and MS Office applications effectively (especially Excel) /liliComplete SOC controls accurately and on time, providing the required evidence /liliReport system issues or defects correctly, logging tickets with clear documentation and evidence /liliEscalate deviations from the standard scope of service to the Service Manager /liliHandle sensitive and confidential information in line with data protection and company policies /liliComplete all mandatory training and learning objectives within the defined timelines /liliEnsure accurate and timely completion of time recording /liliAdhere to STRADA security standards and internal policies /liliActively participate in team meetings, raising issues or risks proactively /liliStay up to date with company HR communications and announcements /liliBuild positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and other lines of business /liliProvide timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders when required /liliParticipate in projects, testing activities and process improvement initiatives as assigned /li /ulpbr/ppbProfessional / Job Experience /b /pulliBasic knowledge or initial hands-on experience in Spanish payroll and Social Security administration /liliExposure to processes such as employee onboarding/offboarding, Social Security registrations, and statutory leaves /liliFamiliarity with HRIS and payroll systems /liliGood working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, international environment /liliStrong attention to detail and accuracy /liliGood written and verbal communication skills /liliProactive attitude, willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks /li /ulpbr/ppbEducation and Training /b /ppbEssential /b /pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent /lili6 months to 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR Administration or HR Operations in an HR consulting, outsourcing or corporate environment /liliInitial knowledge of Spanish Social Security processes and payroll data handling /liliBasic HRIS knowledge /li /ulpbDesirable /b /pulliPractical exposure to Social Security administration (altas, bajas, IT, maternity/paternity, CASIA) /liliPrevious experience supporting payroll or HR services for Spain /liliRelevant training or coursework in HR, payroll or labour administration /li /ulpbAt Strada, our values guide everything we do: /b /ppbr/pullibAnticipate Customer Needs /b – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed. /lilibOwn the Outcome /b – We take responsibility for delivering excellence and ensuring things get done right. /lilibChallenge Ourselves to Work Smarter /b – We move faster than the world around us to drive change and accomplish more. /lilibEmpower Each Other to Solve Problems /b – We tackle challenges head on, ask tough questions, and collaborate to find the best solutions. /lilibCare About Our Work /b – We understand that what we do impacts millions, and we have a responsibility to get it right. /li /ulpbr/ppbBenefits /b /ppbr/ppAt Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
