The Role
The Recruitment Operations Specialist for EMEA is responsible for driving operational excellence across recruitment processes within the region. This role ensures consistency, compliance, and efficiency in all talent acquisition activities, working closely with regional recruiters, HR business partners, and global TA leadership.
* Oversee EMEA recruitment operations and align with global TA strategy.
* Implement and maintain standardized processes, tools, and efficiency metrics.
* Serve as the primary contact for regional operational issues.
* Identify workflow gaps and opportunities for process, technology, and experience improvements.
* Drive automation and digital solutions to streamline recruitment operations.
* Ensure compliance with local laws, GDPR, and internal policies.
* Maintain audit documentation and reporting standards.
* Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
* Provide insights and dashboards to regional and global leadership.
* Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on hiring forecasts and resource planning.
* Support recruiters with operational guidance and troubleshooting.
* Manage vendor and technology provider relationships.
* Ensure optimal and consistent use of the ATS and recruitment tools across the region.
The Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition within the EMEA region.
* Strong understanding of regional employment laws and GDPR compliance.
* Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, German) are valuable.
* Experience in global or multi-country recruitment operations.
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
* Familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
