Job Description: Pastry Assistant Your Mission: Crafting Culinary Delights
As a Pastry Assistant, your primary goal involves supporting the creation of high‑end desserts and pastries. Therefore, you will ensure that every ingredient and recipe is handled with extreme precision to meet our 5‑star Gran Lujo standards. By doing so, you contribute to the iconic gastronomic reputation of the resort.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Ingredient Preparation: Measure, weigh, and mix products accurately according to established recipes and instructions from the Pastry Chef.
* Production Support: Assist in the elaboration of doughs, creams, decorations, and final plated desserts.
* Workstation Maintenance: Keep the work area and all specialized pastry utensils clean and organized.
* Artistic Presentation: Support the team in the final presentation and plating of products to ensure visual perfection.
* Inventory Management: Review inventories regularly and ensure all fresh ingredients are stored correctly.
* Standard Enforcement: Adhere strictly to all hygiene, food safety, and safety protocols within the kitchen.
