Our client is a Multinational leading global designer, manufacturer, and marketer of pool equipment and automation systems. Based on the Group’s growth plans in Europe, is looking for a:
TRADE MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER EUROPE
Location: Madrid or France (Lyon area)
Reporting to the Product & Marketing Strategy Manager Europe, he/she will develop marketing strategy to accelerate the selling out of its products and its brand presence along Europe.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the annual budget for Marketing & Communication to ensure maximum ROI within the marketing plan
* Ensures brand delivery and consistency across all markets ensuring the implementation of marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, loyalty programs, or any other initiatives as defined.
* Design and supervise the communication plan either operational or digital
* Jointly with Sales leaders designs marketing programs to increase awareness, build categories and grow demand for its products as well as directing promotional support.
* Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs, determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
* Participates in competitive intelligence by analyzing the different means and methods of communication used by the competition.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience managing marketing programs, preferable with an industrial background, working with cross-functional teams, external marketing agencies and other vendors.
* Pool Sector’s experience would be an advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, together with strong computer skills including MS Office required.
* Fluent English (mandatory) - Spanish & French are a plus.
