Missions
You will join Credit Agricole CIB Spain. You will support the HR Team in recruitment, training, and development, as well as in their daily activities, which include:
* Assist in executing payroll processes, including preparing necessary documentation such as benefits-in-kind reports.
* Maintain and update HR employee databases (Local Access, Mercure II, MyDev) regularly and perform monthly audits.
* Collaborate with the Local Head of HR to implement all Head Office and local projects.
* Support training activities by managing various courses, seminars, lectures, and applying for training subsidies for employees (FORCEM).
* Assist with trainee and junior recruitment processes, including obtaining approvals from Head Office, publishing offers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, participating in university job fairs, working with headhunters, and following up on the closing process.
* Support HR administration, compensation & benefits activities such as managing medical and life insurance accounts, extracting training needs per Business Line, issuing business cards, parking and lunch tickets, following up on appraisals, HR reports, resignations, litigation, and severance procedures.
* Provide HR services to other Credit Agricole Group entities in Spain.
Eligibility for a VIE:
* Be under 28 years old;
* Hold a Master’s degree.

Are you our future VIE?
You are a postgraduate with a Master’s degree from a university or business school, specializing in Human Resources.
Experience:
0-2 years;
previous HR experience is a plus.
Hard Skills:
* Proficient in MS Office tools;
* Ability to liaise with multiple departments (B/O, IT, Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR) and coordinate with other Credit Agricole subsidiaries in Spain;
* Knowledge of labor law and payroll administration is an asset;
* Fluent in English;
* Basic knowledge of French is desirable.
