PagoNxt is looking for a Helpdesk specialist, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

This role is part of our Trade Solutions team, responsible for delivering fast, efficient trade finance, supply chain, and FX payments solutions for international SMEs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Monitor the Payments Hub environment using provided tools
* Support deployment activities to ensure smooth operations
* Perform periodic system checks and document results
* Assist in incident management and resolution
* Conduct daily system maintenance and housekeeping
* Serve as the first point of contact for incident reporting
* Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
* Work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment
REQUIREMENTS
* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools
* Background in IT Operations or SRE
* Proficiency in English and Spanish
