We call this Vertical Integration, and it allows us to ensure the highest quality, continuous innovation, and strong agility to adapt to market needs. /ppbr/ppWe are a national company in a growth phase and undergoing international expansion, with subsidiaries already established in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. /ppOur purpose is clear: to develop technologies that save and improve lives. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppWe are currently looking for a bBUSINESS STRATEGY ANALYST /b to join the bBusiness Strategy Innovation team /b at our offices bin Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona). /b /ppbr/ppThe Business Strategy Innovation Department supports both companies within the group, LVDBiotech and iVascular, and its mission is to work on present initiatives while analyzing future development plans related to products, portfolio, company strategy, sales models, and commercial structures, as well as conducting short-, medium-, and long-term analyses. /ppbr/ppThe department ensures the quality of generated data, maintains reliable and up-to-date databases, and applies rigorous methodologies in the development of models for markets, companies, products, and development projects. It also performs ROI calculations (products, clinical trials, etc.), company analyses, investment assessments, and other strategic evaluations. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /b /pulliSupport the design and implementation of commercial strategies to maximize ROI in commercial execution and improve competitiveness. /liliAnalyze market data, forecast trends, and develop insights on market share to drive growth. /liliImprove sales force effectiveness by defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and optimizing sales processes. /liliManage commercial excellence projects, including aligning individual and team objectives with overall business goals. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. /liliDevelop and monitor sales forecasts, margin management, and pricing strategies to ensure world-class execution. /liliDrive innovation initiatives in commercial operations, leveraging analytical tools to support evidence-based decision making. /liliProvide coaching and recommendations to maximize efficiency in commercial execution. /liliAdditionally, the BSI department supports general management in various strategic needs, including institutional relations, analysis of products, companies, and organizational matters, as well as engagement with stakeholders, professional societies, and other external partners. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbDESIRED PROFILE /b /pulliEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. /liliLanguages: Fluent in English and Spanish. /liliExperience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial business areas or in operational and/or strategic roles such as commercial excellence, sales operations, business analysis, strategic consulting, or similar functions. /liliPrevious experience in industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or life sciences is preferred. /liliExperience in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. /liliProven experience in advanced data analysis and modeling, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar. /liliKnowledge of effective sales practices, distributor management, strategic planning, and budgeting. /liliKey Skills: /liliStrong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing operations. /liliAbility to perform data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling. /liliExperience in commercial strategy and project management. /liliResults-oriented mindset with coaching capabilities. /liliStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. /liliAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. /liliStrong teamwork skills. /liliAttitudes and Values: /liliIntegrity, rigor, and professionalism. /liliCommitment to excellence and pragmatism. /liliStrong analytical mindset, focus, and proactivity. /liliOpen-mindedness toward change and adaptability. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWHAT WE OFFER: /b /pulliPermanent contract in a project with high global impact and expanding internationally. /liliProfessional and personal development in a vibrant, dynamic, and youthful environment. /liliCompetitive salary tailored to your experience, along with an attractive benefits package. /liliFlexible working hours to support a healthy work-life balance. /liliFlexible compensation (meal vouchers, transportation, and childcare assistance). /liliAccess to our iWellness program: gym and physiotherapist on site. /liliCorporate events and gifts. /liliSubsidized on-site company cafeteria. /li /ul
