We are building and operating a commercial constellation of small Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data available to customers. Our satellites acquire images of Earth at any time - even when it’s cloudy or dark - providing commercial and government partners with unmatched persistent monitoring capabilities. Information derived from our SAR images helps customers make data-driven decisions to address time-critical challenges in various sectors, such as maritime, disaster management, insurance, and finance.
Who you’ll work with?
As a HR and Talent Attraction Partner, you will join our global Talent Attraction (TA) and People & Culture (PC) team and be based in our Jumilla, Spain office. You will report directly to our General Head of Talent Attraction and Development and collaborate closely with our Jumilla colleagues along with our global teams across Europe and the US.
What will you do?
**You will focus on two main areas**: Talent Attraction and Human Resources.
You will deliver on TA activities (e.g., recruiting, sourcing, assessment design, interviewing, bias mitigation, etc.) as we continue to scale up. In this role, we encourage you to develop creative, innovative recruitment and employer branding strategies to find top talent in the Jumilla area. You will help develop hiring and interviewing skills and capabilities of the hiring team through sharing best practices, master class sessions, ad hoc training, feedback loops, etc.
You will also support HR duties including onboarding new colleagues, implementing and evaluating HR policies and guidelines, handling employee HR queries, managing employee performance programs, ensuring all employee records are maintained, working for the betterment of the workspace environment, and ad hoc office duties.

- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience (technical recruiting or scale-up experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of recruitment methodologies, local talent market and sourcing channels
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Proven ability to build and cultivate impactful working relationships
- Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
- Proven ability to make independent, sound, and thoughtful decisions
