They will carry out thorough search and selection of potential candidates. Present a timely shortlist that closely matches the requirements of a detailed client brief and ensure client and crew satisfaction by lasting results and after‐sales service.The Crew Recruitment Consultant will work as a member of the local office and global Crewing Teams; often liaising closely with Fraser Yacht Management and using Company procedures and Professional recruitment practices to achieve goals.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Interviewing crewReference and license checkingUtilizing CRM and social media to source crewEnsuring MLC complianceMaintaining and updating crew records and populating assigned softwareReception and general administrative dutiesPresenting the client with shortlistsActively selling and marketing TCN services – particularly on social mediaAttending boat showsEssential skills and qualificationsWorking knowledge of industry tools (job boards, social media, etc.)Fluent spoken and written English a must.
