The Role – Lead Architect ServiceNowAs Lead Architect, you take on technical responsibility for our ServiceNow projects in the DACH region. You work closely with clients, talent, and founders, developing scalable architectures, establishing technical standards, and contributing your expertise to pre-sales and project teams.
Your ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture: Conception and development of future-proof architecture and solution designs on the ServiceNow platform
Project Leadership & Technical Guidance: Ownership as technical lead in implementation projects – from requirements analysis through to go-live
Building and evolving architecture standards, design patterns, best practices, and QA processes
AI, Automation, Integration, Composable Architectures, Agentic AI) and advancing our technical portfolio
Technical advisory in early project phases, supporting proposal processes and client meetings
What You Should BringSeveral years of experience (3+ years) in designing, architecting, and implementing ServiceNow solutions (e.g. ITSM, CSM, HRSD, App Engine, or GRC) with relevant certifications: such as the Certified Technical Architect, Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), CSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Service Provider Implementer (CIS-SP)Solid understanding of platform architectures, data models, integrations, and API designAbility to combine technical excellence with pragmatic executionExperience collaborating with clients, project teams, and ideally pre-salesHigh quality standards and a genuine enjoyment of making others betterExcellent English, written and spoken (C1 level), German skills are a big plusStrong communication skills at eye level – with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersUnderstanding of ServiceNow in the context of complex enterprise architectures (ERP, CRM, cloud systems)Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL and frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe/AgileExpertise in change, release, and configuration management of the ServiceNow platformYou want to shape things, not just execute them – with the courage to set standards and an eye for detail
