Responsibilities
* Achieve sales volumes, mix, price realization, and inventory levels in the large market of Iberia.
* Be the senior commercial contact for customers, building credibility and long-term relationships.
* Represent the voice of the customer within TP Vision, mobilizing resources to meet plans and strengthen relationships.
* Define and execute commercial and distribution strategies in alignment with business management and the Cluster.
* Manage distribution and channel mix according to set criteria.
* Create and implement sales plans, monitor forecasts, and take corrective actions as needed.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales volume and profit goals.
* Set individual targets for account management and field team members.
* Negotiate contracts and prices within sales policies and plans.
* Manage account investment/activation plans within budgets.
* Manage a team of 3 colleagues: 1 KAM Portugal and 2 KAMs in Spain (Barcelona and Madrid).
Purpose of the Position
We seek a Sales Manager to strengthen our presence and growth in the Iberia market. The role involves increasing brand positioning, market share, and identifying business opportunities. The position reports directly to the country leader and involves defining and implementing sales and distribution strategies.

Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
* 10+ years of relevant experience.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Leadership qualities and external recognition.
* Strong financial, logistical, and legal understanding.
* Experience with Mediamarkt is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking and writing); additional languages are a plus.
