This unique program combines structured international training with in-depth local rotations across core finance functions, offering you a solid foundation to grow within one of the world’s leading healthcare companies.
Responsibilities Controlling
- Work with KPIs, dashboards (Power BI) and analytical P&L.;
- Support budgeting, cost center controlling, and variance analysis.
- Participate in process improvements in the SAP CO module.
Accounting
- Gain experience in journal entries, general ledger and month-end closing.
- Learn to interpret financial statements and use SAP FI.
Tax
- Understand key taxes (VAT, payroll, corporate tax).
- Assist with audit preparations and learn basics of international taxation and intercompany flows.
Credit Management & Collections
- Support collections, dispute management, and process alignment.
- Gain exposure to legal recovery procedures.
Your Profile
- Master’s graduate (or final-year student) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in international finance.
- Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Global mindset and willingness to relocate for the international rotation.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
