🔎 What we look for?
The Senior Business Analyst will support the Equity Swaps programme, working closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams.
The role focuses on understanding business requirements, ensuring end‑to‑end alignment, and driving strategic and regulatory initiatives related to equity derivatives.
📋 Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
* Act as a hybrid functional–technical profile, working between Business Units and project teams
* Analyze, manage, and help resolve incidents and operational issues (strong analytical skills required)
* Handle and follow up change requests
* Coordinate activities and communication between multiple teams
* Support basic project management tasks (planning, tracking, coordination)
* Contribute to problem analysis and resolution with a proactive mindset
💡 What do we expect from you?
* Experience as Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
* Basic technical or programming knowledge (understanding code, not developing)
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Experience working in BAU / operational support environments
* Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with technical and business teams
* Comfortable working in hybrid technical–functional roles
⏰ Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm (International Project with USA).
