Job Overview
The Profile Generation Manager is a technical role responsible for ensuring effective and efficient profile generation operations, overseeing capacity planning, managing costs, budgets and ensuring customer demands are met without breaching agreements. The position requires a deep understanding of service operations, project management, ITIL processes, and telecom and/or OEM solutions.
Responsibilities
* Ensure effective and efficient profile generation operations, including task distribution, planning and prioritization according to customer demands and budget.
* Implement profile generation strategy.
* Deliver services based on committed service availability, SLA and OLA requirements for deployed services.
* Plan and manage capacity for profile generation operations and anticipate needs with input from engineers.
* Conduct routine operations, periodic controls, and follow‑up meetings to review daily activities.
* Implement guidelines and work instructions from the Tool chain management team.
* Coordinate closely with Datacenter and Delivery teams for resource planning.
* Provide technical feedback and solutions to other departments.
* Evaluate, improve and add applicable work instructions.
Education and Experience
* University degree in Computer Sciences, IT or related technical/engineering field.
* Minimum 3 years of successful service operations experience in IT, Technology and/or Security Information Systems industry.
* Experience in management and/or operational leadership roles.
* Experience working with ticketing and monitoring systems.
* Preferably experience managing similar departments.
* Preferably experience in the Telecommunications industry.
