Senior Business Process Manager (m / f / d)
Join us as our new Senior Business Process Manager and take the lead in driving process excellence across our global operations. In this role, you will shape, harmonize, and optimize business processes, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency throughout the organization with a strong focus on our entities in EMEA. You’ll play a key role in ISO 9001 certifications and process‑oriented internal audits while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Systematic improvement and development of processes.
- Manage and harmonize business processes globally.
- Document the Quality Management System.
- Audit and monitor the process owner's introduction.
- Lead internal and external audits for ISO certification.
- Prepare and support ISO 9001 certifications of new entities alongside the overall Internal Audit strategy.
Requirements
- University or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Quality Management or related technical / scientific fields. Or alternatively a vocational qualification with additional training in quality or process management.
- At least 3+ years (or 5+ years, if no university degree) of proven professional experience in process optimization, process‑related project management, quality management and process modelling.
- Experience in performing internal audits and / or audit management.
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, knowledge of ISO 27001 is beneficial.
- Quality Management training is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a solid understanding of business processes.
- Excellent intercultural, social, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written.
- Experience in working with process management software (e.g. Stages, Visio, Camunda).
- Confident use of the MS Office applications Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
- Willingness to travel up to approx. 20% of the time.
