Our unit “Data Foundation” Product “Integration” uses highly innovative technologies to integrate data and applications. The Data Integration Layer (DIL) is a platform and framework for integration scenarios, data exchange for internal and external purposes. DIL provides tools and processes to get whatever kind of data, in whichever format available or needed. It implements capabilities defined in Enterprise Integration Concept for: Data Integration, Thing Integration, Process Integration, and User Integration.
The Agile Coach / Agility Master will be responsible for executing agile transformation engagements dedicated to coaching and mentoring agile delivery teams, stakeholders, and other organizational leaders with the overall goal of the organizational transformation of Global Digital Services.
The Agile Coach / Agility Master is an expert in lean/agile practices and one or more knowledge domains (i.e. technical, business, transformation) while having developed skill in facilitation, mentoring, training, and professional coaching.
The focus is multi-regional and diverse team and looking out toward the wider organization with high impact. The Agile Coach / Agility Master should be comfortable working at all levels to help the organization use Agile as a strategic asset of culture change and business value generation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Enabling and introducing agile way of working in the Product Family Digitalization. Coach teams at any maturity of adopting Agile values, principles, and practices.
* Act as a servant-leader to guide and coach the product teams in the organization on how to drive their behaviors following the Agile values and principles, using Agile practices as well as Agile frameworks to delight users.
* Assist teams/area with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
* Promote, guide, and coach teams on how to get the most out of self-management and cross-functionality.
* Recognize impediments within the team, identify root causes, and drive solving the issue. Recognize conflicts, using conflict management to solve them.
* Accompany teams in their daily work and keep them running. Moderate team events and meetings applying communication techniques.
* Support the Product Owner and Product Manager in identifying and applying effective methods to manage the Product Backlog.
* Instruct Agile trainings and discussions, driving decision-making activities, and enabling the resolution of conflicts. Support and educate stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Owners, and middle management, especially those who are inexperienced in these roles.
* Train the team and transfer relevant agile knowledge.
* Moderate and lead a group through the solution-finding and decision-making process. Develop high-performance, self-managed, and motivated teams that collaborate and improve continuously.
* Mentoring exchange with an individual about knowledge, skills, and personal experiences with the aim of personal and professional development of the individual.
* Initiate and accompany team qualification and development in terms of product-related and agile competencies.
* Organize and moderate workshops with different stakeholder groups – DevOps, Internal Business Partner as well as Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
* Required: certification in one agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, LEAN, OKR).
* Required: Professional and intellectual IT ability at university level - at least Bachelor's degree.
* Plus: Professional coaching certification.
Work Experience
* Required: At least 3 years of experience in agile projects and agile implementation, with conflict management and facilitation.
* Required: Agile consulting/coaching of different global teams (e.g. distributed, cross-functional).
* Experience with introducing agile methods and culture to global enterprises.
Technical & Professional Knowledge
* Required: Expertise as an organizational development and change catalyst.
* Fluent (written and spoken) in English.
* Nice to have (written and spoken) in German, Spanish.
* Ability to partner with clients in a creative process that inspires their potential.
* Experience in agile Project Management.
* Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
* Regularly updating self with new digital technologies.
Nice to have
* Plus: Professional coaching certification.
* Plus: Experience in Warehousing, Logistics.
* Plus: Experience in SAP Handling.
