In this role you will drive the sales of Low Voltage IEC motors within a defined market, aligning with division strategy to achieve order growth and profitability. You will work closely with a cross‑functional team to identify new opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction, while communicating value propositions and managing sales processes. Located in Catalonia, you’ll contribute to the Motion – Induction Motors portfolio and collaborate across the sales organization. This is a hands-on, growth‑oriented role with real impact on market share and customer outcomes.

• Sell Low Voltage IEC motors in the designated market in line with division strategy
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets to drive order growth, revenues, and profitability
• Identify and develop new market opportunities
• Communicate delivery, payment terms and conditions to customers in line with ABB’s offering
• Support marketing activities and articulate value propositions to customers
• Manage administrative sales processes and assist with cash collection and project management
• Collaborate with an experienced team to deliver results
Responsabilidades
• Approximately 5 years of sales experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan a plus
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• xpzdshu Experience with Sales Force and customer relationship management, and familiarity with relevant markets (COG, Pulp and Paper, Water, HVAC)
• Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, empathy and strategic thinking
• Valid driving license (B1) in Spain
