About The Role

As F&B Supervisor — El Jardín del Ritz, you will oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, smooth shift execution and adherence to MOHG service standards. You will coach the team, coordinate with Kitchen and Sommelier, support commercial initiatives and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coach F&B team during shifts: briefings, task allocation and quality control.
* Ensure flawless guest service: manage seating flow, monitor service timings and resolve guest feedback with discretion.
* Coordinate closely with Kitchen and Sommelier on timing, presentation and mise en place for regular service and special events.
* Support daily operations: manage reservations handovers, monitor station readiness and control dining room supplies.
* Drive service standards and upselling initiatives to maximise guest satisfaction and outlet revenue.
* Enforce hygiene, HACCP, Safe & Sound and FLHSSE standards; report incidents and support corrective actions.
* Assist the Outlet Manager with scheduling, reporting and continuous improvement projects.
What We Expect From You
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Proven knowledge of luxury F&B operations and guest service standards.
* Highly responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
* Calm, solution-focused approach under pressure.
* Collaborative team player, comfortable with multicultural teams.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in outlet supervision or assistant management.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
