**Key responsibilities**: 
**Accounts Payable**: Responsible for the analysis and reconciliation, review blocked and overdue invoices, control of travel and expenses tool and credit cards reconciliation, agent commissions invoices and accruals, reconciliation of non-SAP affiliates and AP accounts, GR/IR analysis, PO creations, support to business and analyze IG mismatches. 
Perform month end and fiscal year closing activities. 
Identify opportunities for process improvement in Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets 
Assist with financial audit preparation and responses including annual external audit, and monthly internal audit. 
Assist Accounting Manager and team with special projects to facilitate the effective functioning of the Finance Department. 
**We value**: 
Degree in Accounting, Economics or similar background 
2-3 years work experience in the accounting department in an International Industrial Group and / or Big Four 
Knowledge and regular practice of SAP 
Excellent organization and communication skills. 
Advanced level in Excel. 
Advanced level of English and Spanish, French will be a plus.
