Our client is a leading manufacturer of EV charging solutions, currently expanding into the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) market. With a strong foundation in clean energy infrastructure, they are leveraging their expertise to deliver innovative, scalable storage solutions to distributors and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients across global markets.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead growth in the BESS sector. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record in energy storage, renewable energy leasing, or clean tech solutions. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving revenue, and positioning our client as a key player in the energy transition.
Develop and execute sales strategies for BESS products targeting distributors and C&I clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior leadership.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the BESS, renewable energy, or energy leasing sectors.
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Existing network within the energy storage or clean tech ecosystem.
