We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Senior Search Ads Specialist to lead global initiatives across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and other key search platforms. This role is ideal for a professional who combines data‑driven expertise in performance marketing with the ability to craft compelling narratives and insights for senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring deep hands‑on experience in search campaign execution, coupled with the ability to translate complex campaign results into clear, business‑oriented stories. Prior travel industry expertise is essential, given the unique dynamics of seasonality, booking behavior, and cross‑market campaign management in this sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage global search advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms.
* Translate business objectives into actionable search strategies aligned with global and local market needs.
* Develop, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns that drive measurable growth in bookings, revenue, and ROI.
* Use data and analytics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and create actionable insights.
* Act as a strategic storyteller, distilling performance data into engaging narratives for leadership, clients, and cross‑functional teams.
* Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (Paid Media, Analytics, Marketing, Product) to align search strategies with broader brand and performance goals.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies in search advertising.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in paid search.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale Search Ads campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing, and other search engines).
* Proven success in the travel industry, with a deep understanding of seasonality, consumer behavior, and cross‑market dynamics.
* Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.
* Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
* Experience working in global or multi‑market environments, managing budgets across regions.
* Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, SA360, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
* Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
* Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
