Lead a data and technology-driven reinvention for clients, aligning data governance, strategy, and AI to drive measurable value. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design governance models, deploy analytics capabilities, and foster a data-centric culture. This role combines strategic guidance with hands-on governance implementation and stakeholder leadership. You will work in Spain-based offices with hybrid work arrangements, contributing to Accenture’s mission to create 360 value at scale.

• Collaborate with clients to define and deploy data & AI strategies
• Conduct data maturity assessments to identify gaps and opportunities
• Define and deploy data governance frameworks and operating models across industries
• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures
• Support clients in leveraging advanced analytics and AI for business insights
• Identify use cases with value potential and feasibility impacting P&L
• Work with cross-functional teams to deploy governance and AI solutions
• Deliver insights via data visualization and storytelling for decision-making
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate alignment through workshops
• Define and execute change management and data culture initiatives
• Prepare presentations for IT, Data and Business audiences
Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of data strategy, governance, and data management with at least 5 years of experience
• Experience enabling business value from data & AI
• Familiarity with DAMA, IDG or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with tools: Informatica, Collibra, Talend
• Proficient in analytics and visualization tools (SQL, Python, R; Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Open Data is a plus
• Experience in data modeling, mining, or architecture design is a plus
• Project management experience including scoping, timelines and deliverables xpzdshu
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; stakeholder engagement
• Experience managing teams and commercial activities
• Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge
• Data governance certifications are a plus
• Location in Madrid or Barcelona with hybrid work; Spain residence and work permit required
