Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist with deep, hands-on experience running campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads. You will own performance for key client accounts and Act Second Ventures brands—leading strategy, execution, and optimization of high-performing paid campaigns.
This role blends growth strategy, media buying, experimentation, and insight generation. You'll be responsible for channel planning, full-funnel architecture, budget ownership, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. As a senior member of the team, you'll also help refine best practices, mentor junior specialists, and act as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategy & Planning
* Lead the development of multi-platform media strategies tailored to client and venture objectives (acquisition, retention, awareness, LTV).
* Define testing roadmaps, audience frameworks, and creative strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
* Recommend media mix, budget allocation, and scaling plans based on performance data and business goals.
Campaign Execution
* Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across:
o Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
o TikTok Ads Manager
o Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
