What Can You Expect?
And you might be thinking: This is great, what will my day-to-day be like, at TDC? I’m glad you asked – I asked myself the same question at the time.
As an Investment Operations Associate (Temporal), you will have the opportunity to:
* Be responsible for correct daily processing, posting, and clearing of securities transactions, and income payments.
* Handle timely month-end closing activities.
* Calculate net asset value (NAV) for Unit Linked business and some non-Unit Linked portfolios.
* Perform periodic reconciliation of securities holdings and cash accounts.
* Provide support as a subject matter expert and business analyst for projects, internal initiatives, and country-specific customer demands by sharing your expertise in operations processing.
* Assist in resolving operational day-to-day issues identified by the operations department or referred from other areas, ensuring high-quality, efficient service, including managing issues according to the Group Incident Management Policy.
* Support the provision of key performance targets and KPIs to optimize business performance, focusing on automation and efficiency.
What Makes You a Great Fit?

* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
* Master’s degree (or equivalent) in the same fields is preferred.
* 4-5 years of practical experience in Investment Operations, Banking, or Insurance.
* Fundamental knowledge of common asset classes, risks, and markets in traditional financial instruments.
* Holding a CFA or similar certification is highly valued.
* Technical skills in FSCM/FAM/TRM-SAP Treasury/Financial systems are preferred.
* An independent worker who can take responsibility, lead by example, and enhance team knowledge and processes.
* Strong client focus, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to acquire new skills and share knowledge with the team.
* Commitment to your role with a shareholder-value-oriented mindset.
