Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
General Manager
to lead Staybridge Suites Málaga into its next chapter. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and team development. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operation, ensuring profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance in line with Panoram's high standards.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to all departments within the hotel. Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through consistent quality and service standards. Drive revenue growth and manage the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. Guarantee compliance with IHG brand standards, health & safety regulations, and corporate policies.
Requirements: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management roles, preferably in extended-stay or branded hotels. Proven leadership and people management skills with a track record of delivering operational and financial success. Strong knowledge of the Málaga hospitality market and local business environment. Proficiency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus. Familiarity with IHG systems and tools (Opera, Merlin, Concerto) is highly valued.
