We are working on behalf of our well-established international client who is looking to hire an experienced and talented IT recruitment expert in their thriving Barcelona office.
This is a client-facing sales position focused on building new business across Spain.
Your role will be to find and acquire IT recruitment projects (contract or permanent), develop long-lasting relationships, and gain repeat business with clients. You will ensure clients are nurtured and serviced fully.
With a dedicated delivery team, you will collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill clients' requirements with top tech talent.
* You will have at least 3-4 years of experience recruiting within the IT, Tech, or Digital markets.
* Highly experienced in business development and maintaining relationships with clients in the Spanish market.
* Must have EU right to work.
* A confident leader with business acumen, able to motivate and drive a successful team.
* An excellent communicator, with an open, flexible, and approachable manner.
