In this role, you will provide top-notch client service to internal and external clients, acting as a key security advocate responsible for various client communications, advocacy, and assurance. You will also help maintain ADP’s security program as a market differentiator and support internal stakeholders in positioning ADP as a trusted HCM provider.
To thrive, you must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, build rapport with clients, establish trust, and communicate clearly and professionally both over the phone and in writing.
What you’ll do :
1. Respond to client inquiries professionally, promptly, and respectfully, providing excellent service to resolve issues.
2. Engage as a Security Subject Matter Expert, discussing client security requirements and explaining our program across the organization.
3. Use a consultative approach to work with client service, sales, and legal teams on security concerns.
4. Think creatively to solve problems, collaborate on internal projects, and help improve organizational efficiency.
5. Work with colleagues across the company, including executives, to understand business goals and develop appropriate communication deliverables.
Qualifications :
1. Curiosity about security and technology
2. Passion for excellent client service
3. Strong relationship-building skills and professionalism in communication
4. Ability to work across time zones and meet deadlines
5. Flexibility for global assignments and projects
6. 2-4 years of experience in communications, client service, marketing, business, IT, risk, or security, or equivalent skills and experience
7. Fluent in English and French
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred but not required :
1. Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CIPP, CRISC, CISM)
2. Knowledge of Human Capital Management industry
