We are seeking a Head of E-Commerce to lead our direct-to-consumer (DTC). This role will be responsible for 3INA's entire digital and e-commerce operations, ensuring full accountability for our brand's online performance across our own site. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketing expert with a strong analytical mindset, experience in CRM and Loyalty Program, and a background in performance marketing. This critical position will drive growth by shaping a powerful digital presence, working closely with sales and branding teams, and reporting to the Brand Director.
Full accountability for all DTC, with a focus on growing e-commerce sales, profitability, and brand visibility;
Expertisein omnichannel marketing and advertising strategies that drive DTC and e-tail success in order to improve CAC and ROAS;
Strategicleader for all e-commerce functions, including planning, content strategy, marketing, website design, web analytics, and technology.
Ownership of the digital business P&L, including budget forecasting, planning, and performance metrics.
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies with clear KPIs to increase revenue, conversion, retention, and AOV.
Analyze and optimize all digital channels (email marketing, paid social, SEO, affiliate, etc.) based on established KPIs and measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console;
Lead CRM and Loyalty initiatives to enhance customer retention and engagement, leveraging the Yotpo platform to create targeted, personalized experiences that maximize retention;
Regular reporting on digital performance against targets, highlighting actionable insights.
Identify and manage partnerships with agencies (digital marketing, performance, and web development) to support strategic goals.
Collaborate with Marketing/Creative teams to ensure campaigns and creative assets align with 3INA's goals.
3-5 years of experience in DTC/e-commerce/performance marketing, with a proven track record in CRM, loyalty programs, and Data analytics.
~ Strong analytical skills and results-oriented, with experience in SEO, Performance, email marketing, and social media.
~ Experience in the beauty industry is a strong plus, with Shopify knowledge preferred.
~ Proficiency in English, Google Analytics, and reporting systems; HTML knowledge isan advantage.
