The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the Business Analyst role will make an impact:
* The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting multiple software platforms and solutions used across regional/global finance teams, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report, E-invoicing, SAF-T, Process Automation, Intercompany, and Treasury.
* The Business Analyst will develop and document project scope and designs for various finance applications.
* Responsible for creating and maintaining business SOPs and user documentation.
* This role encompasses expertise in application navigation, complex system functionality, process mapping, workflows, and data integration.
* Provide technical input and design inputs on various finance projects and initiatives.
* Assist in interpreting stakeholders' business goals into specific deliverables and oversee their technical development.
* Help prepare test scripts and test the final solutions as part of project teams.
* Create and understand financial systems documentation, including workflow diagrams, SOPs, and technical specifications.
* Act as a liaison between IT and Finance teams to ensure project scope is well-defined and documented.
* Develop requirement and design documentation collaboratively with technical and business teams.
* Create other project documentation such as requirement traceability matrices, SOPs, training materials, and application handouts.
* Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams and external partners to deliver solutions for initiatives.
About Your Skills & Experience
We are looking for a candidate with:
* A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5-7 years of experience supporting finance-related systems as a Business Analyst or similar role.
* Experience in finance applications such as SAP, E-invoicing, Accounts Payable/Receivable solutions, Intercompany, or process automation is essential.
* Financial experience in areas like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Treasury, or Intercompany is required.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and collaboration tools.
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is required.
