In this role you lead and shape Liebherr-IT Shared Service Centre (LSS) communications and employer branding. You will align internal and external messaging with company objectives, while driving visibility on channels like LinkedIn to support talent attraction. You collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and talent acquisition to craft campaigns, compelling content, and executive-ready materials. This position offers strategic influence across internal engagement and external positioning in a global, technology-driven environment.

• Define and implement the LSS communication and employer branding strategy aligned with company objectives
• Coordinate internal communications to promote transparency, engagement, and leadership alignment
• Manage external channels (notably LinkedIn) to boost visibility and talent attraction
• Design and execute employer branding campaigns to attract top talent in competitive markets
• Create high-quality communication content for internal use, social media, and leadership messaging
• Support talent acquisition with compelling materials and campaigns to strengthen candidate pipelines
• Prepare executive presentations and management materials with clear storytelling and visual quality
• Monitor effectiveness of communications and maintain consistency with guidelines and stakeholder alignment
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in corporate communications, employer branding, or marketing in international or tech environments
• Proven experience managing internal and external channels, including LinkedIn
• Strong employer branding and talent attraction experience
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive presentations and clear messaging
• Excellent xpzdshu writing and storytelling abilities for diverse audiences
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leadership
• Experience developing and executing communication strategies with measurable impact
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish desirable; German a plus
