Your Role & ImpactClient & Business Development
* Ensure an exceptional customer experience, acting as a role model in client engagement and sales performance
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, implementing CRM strategies to drive loyalty and repurchase behavior
* Translate general objectives into daily team goals and store KPIs
Store Operations
* Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational excellence
* Ensure the store is always impeccably presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines
* Manage stock levels, replenishment, and product rotation to optimize inventory
* Drive and support all marketing initiatives in-store
Team Leadership & Development
* Coach, and retain a high-performing team with a positive and collaborative mindset

Brand Representation
* Embody Ma Cherie’s values and act as a true brand ambassador both in-store and in the local community
* Ensure alignment between store execution and the brand’s image, voice, and wellness philosophy
* Represent the store in communication with the Head Office and contribute to overall brand position
