This key position ensures the verification, control, and traceability of raw materials and products by coordinating internal and external analyses and guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and product certifications. /ppYou will work closely with the bRaw Materials Reception, Internal Laboratory, RD, Production, and Quality Assurance /b teams, participating in audits, product blocking/unblocking processes, and shelf-life studies. /ppbr/ppbWhat will you do? /b /ppbTraceability verification and raw material approval /b /pulliVerify that traceability information for fish and other ingredients (entry code, batch, quantity, origin, analyses performed, etc.) is accurate and compliant with product requirements. /liliCreate and update entry codes in the QMS (Quality Management System). /liliVerify MSC chain of custody codes and compliance with regulations and certifications (CRAEGA, DOP Vinagre de Jerez, MSC, HALAL). /liliManage associated documentation (analysis reports, certifications) and archive it in the QMS. /liliEnsure traceability information is maintained throughout the entire production process up to packaging. /liliAct as the owner of the traceability process during internal and external audits. /li /ulpbSample request and management /b /pulliRequest and validate fish and other ingredient samples from external cold storage facilities and internal laboratories. /liliApprove materials only after receiving positive analysis results; communicate incidents to the the bQuality Control Manager /b for the opening of non-conformities. /liliMonitor the process until non-conformities are closed. /liliCoordinate sampling of tuna flakes and fresh mackerel according to internal protocols and RD recipes. /li /ulpbBlocking and unblocking management in QMS and SAP /b /pulliBlock and unblock products/batches based on analysis incidents and following instructions from the bQuality Control Manager /b. /li /ulpbParameter control and analysis /b /pulliComply with the analytical sampling plan in accordance with ISO standards and certifications. /liliProactively identify solutions in case of deviations from the analytical plan to ensure compliance. /li /ulpbTeam management and analysis follow-up /b /pulliCoordinate the laboratory team and tasks, define priorities, and monitor results. /liliOperate and calibrate equipment (chloride analyzers, weights, balances, HPLC) and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. /li /ulpbShelf-life studies and product follow-up /b /pulliCarry out annual shelf-life studies and additional studies for new products or recipe changes. /liliCommunicate results to the bQuality Control Manager /b for shelf-life date adjustments. /li /ulpbLaboratory purchasing and supplies management /b /pulliManage laboratory material and consumables orders, control stock, and approve expenses with the bQuality Control Manager /b. /liliIdentify alternative suppliers and coordinate invoicing with the Documental Traceability Assistant team. /li /ulpbDocumentation and equipment calibration /b /pulliUpdate formulations, allergens, and production parameters in the QMS. /liliEnsure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, contacting external suppliers when necessary. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat are we looking for? /b /pp bEducation: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields. /li /ulp bTechnical skills: /b /pulliTraceability systems and QMS. /liliSAP for product blocking/unblocking. /liliProficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). /li /ulp bLanguages: /b /pulliSpanish; English is a plus. /li /ulp bPersonal profile: /b /pulliWell organized, methodical, and detail-oriented. /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities. /liliProactive, with strong analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset. /liliStrong communication and teamwork skills. /liliExperience in laboratory coordination, audits, and quality regulations. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat do we offer? /b /pp An opportunity for professional growth in a leading food industry company. /pp Involvement in critical quality, traceability, and analysis processes for raw materials and finished products. /pp Continuous professional development, working within a multidisciplinary team and with international certifications. /pp A dynamic environment where your decisions and coordination directly impact the safety and quality of our products. /ppbr/ppbCuriosity on Bolton /b /ppBolton is a multinational family-owned company that enriches the hearts and homes of families worldwide with trusted brands.
