As the Head of Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our client's business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy. You will ensure that all company goals, objectives, and policies are met while adhering to internal standards and legal requirements. A key part of your role will involve ensuring the timely completion of monthly and annual closures for all companies under your purview. Additionally, you will be responsible for fulfilling tax obligations for both Spanish and Portuguese companies. As the ideal candidate for the Head of Accounting position, you bring a wealth of experience and skills to the table. You have at least three years' experience in similar roles, ideally within medium-sized companies with around 50 million turnover. Your background includes working with auditing companies, preferably those within the Big Four. You hold a university degree in ADE or similar fields or can demonstrate at least ten years' experience as a senior accounting technician. A Master's degree in Business Management would be desirable but not essential. Crucially, you have knowledge of SAP software within the field of accounting.Minimum 3 years experience in similar rolesExperience in medium-sized companies with around 50 million turnoverExperience in auditing companies, preferably Big FourUniversity degree in ADE or similar or accreditation of minimum 10 years experience in senior accounting technician tasksMaster's degree in Business Management (desirable)Knowledge of SAP software in the field of accountingWhat sets this company apart :
