Identify prospects, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to drive revenue.Research customer contracts and history using platforms like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to find upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Deliver product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases to highlight value.Manage your pipeline, providing accurate updates to management on progress and forecasts.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and expand product adoption.Cultivate long-term customer relationships, understand their business objectives, and advise accordingly.Requirements
Fluent in
Spanish & English1+ years of outbound sales experience
(prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, upselling)Strong understanding of
cloud-based solutions and subscription modelsAbility to
analyze customer data
to identify growth opportunitiesConfidence in
engaging with decision-makers & presenting to C-suiteExperience in
