Role Description
The Product Owner manages the interface to the IoT Line of Business (LOB) and, in particular, to the Business Product Manager associated with your products / platform / developments. You will be assigned to one or more products and their value-streams, focusing on solutions within the Service Assurance domain for connectivity services including 5G, VoLTE, Messaging, LPWA, and the future of Vodafone IoT Network.
You will work with wider practice leads, vendors, technology, and operations teams to build the technology plan that informs and delivers the product/ platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring continuous monitoring, management, and optimization of networks to meet predefined SLAs.
What you bring
* Strong understanding of solutions within the Service Assurance domain such as SLA Management, Incident & Problem Management, Service & Customer Monitoring, Performance Management, etc.
* Relevant product, platform, and technology experience with exposure to Service Assurance solutions.
* Ability to build end-to-end technology plans specific to products and platforms.
* In-life technology management and KPI performance relevant to products, technology, delivery, and cost.
* Valuable exposure or experience with cloud-based products, especially AWS services.
* Strong collaboration, communication, teamwork, and influencing skills.
