Job Description Jumeirah Mallorca is located on a cliff and surrounded by pine forests looking over the fishing town of Port Soller. Human Resources Coordinator
position to join our
Human Resources Department
in Jumeirah Mallorca.
Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth coordination across engagement, housing, administration, and recruitment activities.
Drive employee engagement through internal communication, social initiatives, and recognition programs that strengthen team spirit and company culture.
Oversee staff accommodations, ensuring proper maintenance, occupancy control, and a positive living experience for all colleagues.
Assist with personnel administration, including documentation, employee records, and compliance with company standards and audit requirements.
Collaborate in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, ensuring an efficient and welcoming experience for new joiners and continuous learning opportunities for all employees.
About You
Holds a degree or relevant studies in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Brings curiosity, organization, and a genuine interest in people and creating a positive work environment.
Communicates confidently and empathetically in both English and Spanish.
Enjoys working collaboratively, sharing ideas, and contributing to a supportive and engaging team culture.
