As a Product Development Specialist you will be responsible for applying specialized knowledge and skills to support projects, improve operations, and provide solutions within a defined area; works collaboratively with teams to ensure best practices and effective results to contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
Be prepared to:
- Market Analysis & Trend Monitoring: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to identify new product opportunities and stay updated with best practices.
- End-to-End Roadmap Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and prototyping to final launch, while developing and implementing solutions to functional issues.
- Technical & Functional Expertise: Provide specialist expertise to teams and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact between Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams on strategic projects to ensure alignment, address technical roadblocks, and maintain project momentum.
- Process Improvement: Analyze issues within the specialist area and implement improvements or innovative solutions to optimize development workflows and product performance.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead product testing phases and gather feedback to ensure all features meet technical specifications, functional requirements, and quality standards.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed product specifications, timelines, technical documentation, and reports related to your area of expertise.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success, impact, and profitability of new releases and improvements.

For this role we require:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product development, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
