The Role
As a Senior Sales Officer, you are responsible for delivering assigned targets for loans and non-lending products. While achieving sales targets, you must ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements, and maintain good working relationships with assigned Area and Branch colleagues or source own account referrals, if needed.
How you'll contribute
1. Sells the Bank’s Business Banking products through branch and client engagement to meet monthly targets while ensuring portfolio quality.
2. Proactively conduct sales activities to referred or own leads. Record leads in relevant systems for productivity tracking.
3. Ensure applications are properly executed according to internal processes, including governance-related procedures such as AML checks and documentation.
4. Work with Sales Leaders to implement road shows, marketing programs, or product campaigns with key partners to generate leads.
5. Complete required training and competency activities. Participate in engagement and related activities.
6. Engage key stakeholders timely to update on new developments, opportunities, or to escalate issues in relevant forums.
What we’re looking for
* College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
* A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in SME lending.
* Strong understanding of direct/indirect lending products and credit practices, with experience managing a diverse loan portfolio.
* Knowledge in evaluating creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation, including other financial services.
