Are you ready to take the next step in your career by supporting station leadership and ensuring smooth operations? We are looking for a dedicated Station Supervisor to assist the Station Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Assist the Station Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Help manage fleet availability, maintenance, and condition;
support vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting staff in handling complaints. Help train and guide staff to deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey.
Staff Management: Assist the Station Manager in recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives. Help schedule shifts and manage workload to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.
Sales and Financial Management: Support the Station Manager in monitoring and achieving sales targets, including upselling additional services. Assist in managing the station’s budget, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability.
Fleet Management: Help monitor and manage the station’s fleet, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and available for rental. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs;
optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and reduce idle time.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers. Assist with documentation and record‑keeping for all transactions.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a supervisory or operational role, preferably in the car rental or customer service industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on team management and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast‑paced work environment.
