Your main functions will be the design, operation and implementation of manufacturing processes to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, and improve sustainability, and maximize profitability. You will be responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze customer specifications and work in coordination with production, with the aim of producing the goods according to customer requirementsGuarantee the efficiency of the production processes in terms of time, cost and methodologyApply continuous improvements initiatives to production processesPerform Lean Production, TPM, FMEA studies, and be responsible for related activities and projects.Manage process changes and bottlenecksAnalyze time and methods and define times of all the production phasesGenerating procedures, workflows, work instructions, SAP RoutingMonitor deviations and define corrective actionsFollow-up projects and prepare reports to about status, highlighting achievements and possible improvementsPerform process simulations#J-18808-Ljbffr
