Associated Developers Consortium (ADC) is seeking an experienced bilingual Executive Assistant & Operations Co-ordinator to support our CEO.
This is a varied role supporting a fast-moving entrepreneur involved in real estate development, investment and business operations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, some legal experience would be advantageous, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the CEO's diary, meetings and travel arrangements
- Co-ordinating project information and following to ensure deadlines are met
- Reviewing correspondence and business documentation
- Conducting basic research to support business decisions
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and databases
- Liaising with lawyers, consultants, suppliers and other business contacts
- Assisting with legal correspondence and administrative matters as required
- Supporting the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the business
Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish
- Minimum 5 years supporting a CEO, entrepreneur or senior executive
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and maintain confidentiality
