your key responsibilities will be:
Providing financial planning, forecasting, and operational analysisDeveloping a comprehensive annual & strategic business planBusiness partnering and decision supportEngaging product line and operational managers continuously to ensure that financial commitments are achievedDirecting the FP&A functions and partnering with financial accounting, control & Credit and Collection functions, including the reporting of the results of the operations and the necessary financial analysis required for the management of the business. Accountable for adherence to accounting and financial standards, procedures and policy as well as creating and developing an ethical leadership team.Evaluating capital, product development, and other investmentsImplementing Carrier financial policies and ensuring all reporting entities are in compliance with those standards.Prepare and present business reviews as requiredWho we’re looking for?The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of accounting and finance professionals supporting a multi-entity $300M CHVAC portfolio of businesses.This opportunity is a critical and comprehensive leadership role within HVAC, a fast-paced and growing segment. It requires a self-directed leader for achieving and exceeding financial performance, business growth, and meeting financial controls compliance objectives.To be successful in this role, you must have the following as a minimum:
