Missions
Bigblue is looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to manage our Spanish warehouse.
* The role is a key part of the Bigblue Fulfillment team, ensuring an exceptional experience for our merchants.
* Own KPIs that drive a world-class merchant experience.
* Ensure compliance guidelines are met.
* Consistently hold warehouse partners to strict SLA expectations.
* Provide performance reports and action plans when needed.
* Contribute to process and systems development.
* Identify issues and develop plans to improve operations.
* Recommend and implement methods to enhance performance.
* Track learnings and best practices to contribute to Standard Operating Procedures.
* Monitor warehouse transformation projects (e.g., mechanization).
* Act as Bigblue onsite operations manager.
* Serve as an escalation point both internally and externally.
* Build strong relationships with all warehouse stakeholders.
* Provide warehouse expertise to Growth and Customer Success teams.
* Track and analyze warehouse costs, and suggest ways to reduce them.
Requirements
* Ability to travel onsite (driving license required).
* Strong computer literacy skills, including Google Sheets and Excel.
* 3+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, e-commerce, or 3PL management.
* Outstanding analytical skills.
* Problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Willingness to learn across various fields (product, logistics, data, etc.).
