- Contribute to proposals and Statements of Work
- Support delivery of consulting services for solution design and deliverables
- Provide project guidance (plans, schedules, communications, resources, status)
- Assist assessment, design, and post‑installation support
- Estimate effort for implementation
- Create white papers, guides, best practices, and documentation
- Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam solutions
- Document configurations and completed activities
- Analyze environments and optimize Veeam configurations
- Facilitate client–Veeam support communications
- Identify additional client needs solvable with Veeam
- Suggest process and documentation improvements
- Overnight travel to meet goalsResponsabilidades
- VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE or equivalent
- Prince 2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in technology
- Hands-on experience with Veeam Core products
- Proven Consulting and Project Management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Significant virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with disruptive storage systems (Nimble, Nexsan, Actifio, Veeam)
- Networking protocols and equipment experience (Fibre Channel, Ethernet, Cloud)
- Experience with traditional storage/backup architectures (EMC, NetApp, IBM, HP/3PAR, Hitachi, Dell)
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise applications (Exchange, SQL, Oracle)
- Experience with Data Management, Data Protection, Data Analytics
- Extensive experience with Data Center, Business Continuity and Operating Systems
- Experience managing multiple projects and accounts
- Working knowledge of Cloud technologies and protocols
