The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain function, from demand planning to final product distribution. This role, reporting to the Operations Director for Iberia, has direct responsibility for the Demand Planning team, Production Scheduling team, Incoming Goods Warehousing, Outbound Distribution Warehouse, and Transport operations (customer deliveries). The objective of the role is to ensure service level excellence, inventory optimization, production alignment, and cost-efficient logistics operations while supporting the company's growth and operational strategy.

Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in engineering, business or a related.At least 5 years of experience in the B2B industry, working for multinational companies, with a role as Supply Chain Manager, strong industrial manufacturing experience, and people leadership approach.Proficiency in English and Spanish.
