We're seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Expansion & Partnership Manager Responsibilities: The Real Estate Expansion & Partnership Manager drives the geographic and business growth of the company in Europe 1. Clinic Expansion & Real Estate Development Conduct market research to identify high-potential sites across Europe. Benchmark competitors and analyze accessibility and patient potential. Manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate agents. Negotiate leases and make sure contracts are legally validated Oversee the full clinics openings process Coordinate with architects, contractors, and external partners Secure all required administrative authorizations Coordinate the legal creation of dental associations 2. Dentist Partnership Development (B2B) Proactively prospect dental practices and individual dentists for partnership opportunities. Define, present the partnership offer and lead negotiations to formalize new agreements. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners 3. Internal Coordination & reporting Act as liaison between real estate, operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams. Provide regular updates (budgets, deadlines, progress). Ensure cross-functional alignment and operational readiness for each new site. Guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining brand and quality standards.
