Responsibilities
* Collaborate with several team members at the same time
* Support the project lead in all technical decisions
* Help the producers plan ahead with non-visible requirements and mitigate risks
* Work hand-on creating excellent code
* Work directly in multiple projects at the same time
* Talk to new and current clients
* Elaborate the company strategy for the Unreal and C++ department
* Help all developers and tech artists in the current tasks
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience as a professional in game development
* 5+ years as a professional C++ game developer
* Understanding multiple disciplines in game development: AI/Animation/Gameplay programming/Multiplayer
* Having delivered at least 1 AAA or 3+ AA games
* Capable of mentoring, from juniors to seniors
* Can be able to do code review
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexibility and ability to adapt to new technological changes as per project requirements
* Previous experience as a Lead Developer
* CI/CD, Jenkins, Gitlab, Plastic SCM knowledge
* A passion for video games
Desirable Pluses
* Experienced with multiplayer gameplay systems, network replication, core engine, and Virtual Reality technologies
* Solid technical foundation (e.G. Computer Science / Maths Degree or equivalent)
* Understanding of software development life cycle
* Unreal/Unity experience
