The role acts as a key liaison between business, operations, and IT, supports WMS implementations and user training at facilities, and 24/7 on-call support as part of the IT Supply Chain Systems team.
ResponsibilitiesProviding support for the WMS software and integration into customers or other systems.Acting as the WMS key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, and suppliers.Developing best practice in WMS processes.Assisting with implementing WMS software at the facilities.
This includes training end users in using the software.Assisting on other applications as required such as TMS.Participate in Dry Runs and other meetings as necessary.Collaborate with Operations Support Europe and global IT to ensure WMS support meets long-term needsParticipate in the change management process.Participates in 24/7 support on call schedule
Requirements3+ years of experience supporting and ongoing maintenance for WMS, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central V27 or later.Strong knowledge of enterprise IT applications, architectures and supply chain business processes and data flows.Ability to interface with members of senior management and cross-functional teams.Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to projects and problem resolution.Knowledge of warehousing and warehouse industries.Demonstrated planning, task organizing and execution skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Ability to work remotely and independently.Strong customer service orientationAbility to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrates and can maintain a positive, can-do attitude in stressful situations, leading by example. xpzdshu ~25% travel to lead and assist with WMS conversions.
