We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to the world's leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners that serve commercial and government markets.**Business Development Manager, HPE**The HPE Business Development Manager provides sales support to the Sales & Vendor Teams around the Arrow Cloud business. The Business Development Manager is responsible owning sales enablement, business planning, and supporting our partners in generating new HPE GreenLake sales opportunities.**Missions**:- The Business Development Manager will be a member of the HPE Product Team- Owning our go-to-market for HPE GreenLake and driving our sales and marketing strategy- Channeling enablement within Arrow and its partners- Participation in RFPs (request for proposal) for key customers- Managing sales pipeline and forecasting across the business- Taking part in regular business review meetings**Responsibilities**:**Duties will include but are not restricted to**:- Understand HPE's expectations, strategy, critical success factors, and go-to-market principles- Working closely and cooperating with the vendor and Arrow's own HPE team- Build and manage Arrow's HPE GreenLake Cloud sales and marketing plan- Driving activities that enable our teams to reach their revenue goals- Remain knowledgeable & fully sales certified on the HPE GreenLake portfolio- Maintain a strong understanding of current industry technology (specifically Cloud), trends, and the competition- Owning our forecasting for HPE GreenLake both internally and back to the vendor**Key Skills / Experience**:- Minimum 4-5 years and more of Business Development experience- Ability to build strong and lasting business relationships- Have a good knowledge of industry, trends & technology- Experience in enterprise sales cycles and managing bids to closure- Ability to understand expectations and build a strong plan to meet goals- Ability to manage forecasting and providing reports to senior management**Arrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons.****Location**:ES-Alcobendas, Spain (Avenida de Europa) 35 Hrs**Time Type**:Full time**Job Category**:Sales
