Sales Account Manager (m / f / d) Southern EuropeWe are seeking a highly motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Account Manager to oversee and develop our client base in Southern Europe, including Channel Partners and OEMs. The region focus is Spain, Italy, Algeria, and the Mediterranean Sea.The role requires a deep understanding of the region’s business landscape. Preference is for candidates based in Spain or Italy, reporting to the Sales Director for South Europe based in France. You will manage relationships with existing Channel Partners, drive new business development, and identify growth opportunities.Business Overview :

Client Management :
Maintain and expand relationships with key channel partners in Southern Europe, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.New Business Development :
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and convert leads into long-term clients.Market Analysis :
Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitors to position our products effectively. Ensure the product portfolio is regionally certified.Sales Strategy :
Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the market.Reporting :
Monitor sales performance, forecast, and report opportunities in the CRM system.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with sales peers, product managers, and the sales admin team based in Germany.Travel :
Regular travel within the region for client visits and industry events.Qualifications :
Fluency in Arabic and English;
French is a plus.3-5 years of experience in technical sales or account management, preferably in the energy or gas industry.Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.Skilled negotiator with commercial and financial acumen.Proactive, innovative problem-solver.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
